Contact information (eg. name, email, phone number) supplied to us may be retained if relevant for current or ongoing services provided to customers, or for service feedback.

Documents and other information are stored electronically using international data security standards with third party supplier(s) and / or our own internal-access servers.
Hard copy documents (eg manual registration forms) will be stored securely offsite, accessible only to Peace Café administration.
